Join this free one hour online workshop for adults offering skills to help reduce anxiety.

All those who have been shielding during Covid (or continue to do so) and their supporters, are invited to join. The workshop, led by an experienced psychologist will allow for reflection and offer:

Ways to manage thoughts and feelings while continuing to live in a Covid landscape.

Creative skills to reduce anxiety in the body and mind.

Opportunity to reflect on the past two years with others who have experienced shielding.

Parenting and balance in the age of eco-anxiety and tech

This full day workshop aims to improve communication and the emotional health of your relationship with your teenager. 

This workshop is suitable for any parent/carer looking to rebalance in an age of change and challenge, and learn some ways to improve communication with and appreciate the young person in your life.

This is a workshop to relax, reflect and consider what matters to you as a parent, in discussion with others in a group workshop facilitated by Dr Helen Molden (CPsychol), who works with young people and their families in the NHS and also in independent practice.  

Set in the beautiful surroundings of the farm and its landscape at The Holt Estate, the workshop will give:

  • - Strategies on improving communication and conflict

  • - Techniques drawn from the natural landscape to cultivate calm and reflect on your parenting style within the wider world

  • - Evidence-based psychological models on how the adolescent brain works, and the impact for you and your teen amidst the ups and downs of a tech-based economy.

This workshop is a mixture of discussion and “walk and talk” exercises, working both as a group and individually, whatever the weather! 

The price of £90 includes tea, coffee and cake throughout the day and entry to the beautiful farm and countryside surroundings of The Holt Estate for workshop activities.  

Please note that lunch is NOT provided – however you are encouraged to bring along your own lunch and picnic in the grounds.
